Privacy Policy

Last updated June 19, 2026

Stack412 ("Stack412," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at stack412.com (the "Site"), a curated catalog that helps you discover functional drinks, nootropics, adaptogens, sleep, and recovery products from independent brands. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you subscribe to updates, take our quiz, or use the AI Protocol Builder, you may give us your email address and your answers or prompts (for example, what you're optimizing for). You don't need to create an account to browse or build a cart.

Information collected automatically. We run first-party, privacy-respecting analytics on our own servers. For each visit we record coarse, non-identifying data such as pages viewed, the referring website, approximate device type and browser, and a masked IP address (the last portion is removed so it is not tied to you personally). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site cookies.

Cart and session data. We use an essential cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and session as you move between pages. This is required for the Site to function.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our curation.
  • To build and email you personalized protocol stacks when you ask us to (via the quiz or AI Protocol Builder).
  • To send updates you've subscribed to — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand aggregate usage trends through our own analytics.
  • To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to comply with the law.

How checkout and third-party sellers work

Stack412 is a discovery platform, not the merchant. When you choose to buy, we hand you off to the seller's own website to complete your purchase. Your payment details, shipping address, and order are submitted directly to that seller — we never see or store your payment information. Once you leave the Site, the seller's own privacy policy and terms govern your information. We encourage you to review them.

To help sellers credit the referral, we tag outbound links with a source/campaign parameter (for example ?ref=stack412). These tags identify Stack412 as the referrer; they do not contain personal information about you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who host and operate the Site (for example, our cloud hosting and email delivery providers), under obligations of confidentiality.
  • For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.

Cookies and tracking choices

We use only essential cookies (for your cart/session) and first-party analytics with masked IPs. Because we don't use cross-site advertising trackers, there's no third-party ad profiling to opt out of here. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect cart functionality.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, your email stays on file until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Aggregate analytics may be retained in de-identified form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at art@nocodedevs.com. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and some products featured are age-restricted (for example, hemp- or cannabis-derived items may require you to be 21+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
