Stack412 ("Stack412," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at stack412.com (the "Site"), a curated catalog that helps you discover functional drinks, nootropics, adaptogens, sleep, and recovery products from independent brands. Stack412 is a discovery platform, not the merchant. When you choose to buy, we hand you off to the seller's own website to complete your purchase. Your payment details, shipping address, and order are submitted directly to that seller — we never see or store your payment information. Once you leave the Site, the seller's own privacy policy and terms govern your information. We encourage you to review them.

To help sellers credit the referral, we tag outbound links with a source/campaign parameter (for example ?ref=stack412). These tags identify Stack412 as the referrer; they do not contain personal information about you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who host and operate the Site (for example, our cloud hosting and email delivery providers), under obligations of confidentiality.
